How do I apply?

How long does the approval process take?

We believe we have the fastest approvals in the business. If you’re a brick and mortar business, it’s likely we can get you approved the same day. Online or mobile – typically next day. High risk – typically 3 to 5 days.

What types of businesses do you accept?

We accept almost all kinds of businesses – even businesses that are classified as “high risk” by the credit card networks. Not sure about your business? Just drop us a note or call. We’re here to make this as seamless as possible for you.

Do I need a business license?

Nope, no business license needed.  We like to see agreements / licenses if you are using copyright material (i.e TV streaming companies we would want to see a license from their vendors that authorize use – but it’s not a business license).

What if I have less than perfect credit?

We’ve been in this business for years and years, and pretty much seen it all. We have a really successful track record in getting average credit / bad credit applications approved. Click right here to get your application started.

What credit cards will I be able to accept?

95% of our merchant accounts include the “Big 4” – VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Click right here to get your application started.

Do you also want to accept JCB cards, China Union Pay cards and Diners cards?  We can set that up for you as well.

My website isn’t ready; Can I still qualify for a merchant account?

Yes, you can however your funds will be on hold until your website is completed.  Once it’s completed you can begin processing credit cards.

Can I use a smartphone or tablet to process credit cards?

Yes – both!

Will I be able to process through my website?

Yes – absolutely! We’re able to process cards through thousands of different shopping cart software programs. We may even be able to recommend a few to you.

How will I get my money?

Your funds will be deposited daily directly into your bank account on file.

Is there a support or service phone number that I can call if I need help?

Yes.  (will get number)

Will I receive a statement?

Yes, you can review your statements via your online portal.  You can also run daily and monthly reports there.

What is the discount rate?

This is to be determined in underwriting.

What is the Address Verification System?

The AVS is mandated by all credit card providers in order to reduce chargebacks.  If you’re processing cards online or with a smartphone or tablet, all buyers are required to provide their billing address for verification.

Is credit card processing secure?

We only process transactions over PCI compliant servers.  PCI is the governing body to assure your payments are processed and stored in a safe and secure manner.  You can rest assured our focus is to protect your customer data, which is why we adhere to the PCI guidelines for the operation of our business when it comes to credit card storage and processing.

What type of P.O.S. terminal do I need?
Take a look at the Equipment page.  We have terminals that serve most any situation.  If those don’t look right for you, then please – call us.  We want to get this right for you.
What if I need to stop accepting credit cards?

Remember – we don’t have contracts. If that’s your situation, we’re going to ask you if there’s anything we can do to help you. Sometimes it’s just a matter of changing programs or equipment. Remember – we care and we’re here to help you be successful.
